• You will be provided with the future table “picks” to give to the dealers coming in.
• You may also choose to have the dealers randomly assigned to their positions.
• View history of changes and table reroutes.

Overview and Forecast Windows

• The Overview window shows all dealers and their corresponding tables who are currently on break, returning from break, starting their shift, and being sent home.
• The Overview window also shows the entire rotation making it easy for employees to see where they currently are and which tables are next.
• This window can be shown in break rooms or hallways and will automatically update with the clock.
• The Forecast window allows managers to easily see where a particular dealer will be at a particular time in the future.
• The Forecast window makes it easy for managers to see who should be going home soon and avoid unnecessary overtime.
• View and print lists of employees and their starting times for each day or each shift.
• 24-hour table history with dealer badge numbers can be exported to Excel for archiving purposes.

Early Out List

• Use our built-in EO List feature to send dealers home at the proper times and save money by avoiding unnecessary Overtime.
• Option to assign a random starting point for particular groups of dealers on the EO List. (Such as when they are grouped by starting time)
• Easily swap dealers with those next on the EO List to make closing tables fast and easy.
